Accessibility Statement
This accessibility statement was last reviewed on 9 May 2025 and explains the steps ZadP Solutions, LLC has taken—and continues to take—to ensure that everyone can use www.zadpsolutions.com with ease and dignity. Our site is intentionally simple: a single, lightweight page designed to load quickly, work with keyboard navigation, and read cleanly on screen readers. We have built and tested it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level and have aimed to exceed that standard wherever practical.
The page uses semantic HTML so that headings, links, and landmarks are announced properly by assistive technologies. It scales smoothly when you zoom to 200 percent, supports high‑contrast browser modes, and avoids time‑based media, flashing content, or colour‑only cues that might create barriers. Because we host no embedded third‑party widgets—no video players, forms, or advertising networks—there is little external code that could undermine these efforts, but we remain vigilant each time we update the site.
Despite our best intentions, we know that accessibility is a journey rather than a box‑check. If you encounter anything that makes it difficult to navigate, understand, or interact with the page, we want to hear from you. Please write to accessibility@zadpsolutions.com or simply reach out to andy@zadpsolutions.com and describe the problem, the assistive technology you are using if applicable, and your preferred way for us to contact you. We review every message and aim to respond within two business days, then work to resolve verified issues as quickly as resources allow.
We audit the site at least once a year and whenever significant changes are introduced, updating this statement to reflect improvements or new features. Our commitment is straightforward: a website is only successful if everyone can use it comfortably, and we will keep refining ours until that goal is met.
