Privacy Policy

This privacy policy takes effect on 9 May 2025 and describes how ZadP Solutions, LLC handles the very limited information that might come our way when you visit www.zadpsolutions.com or write to us at andy@zadpsolutions.com. The site itself is a single static page; it does not set cookies, run ads, or track you across the internet. The only personal data we actively receive is whatever you choose to include when you send us an email. We read that message, respond if needed, and keep the correspondence only as long as the conversation remains relevant—typically no more than two years—after which the mailbox is tidied up and older threads are removed.

When you load the page, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the visit. These logs exist so we can spot spam or hacking attempts and compile anonymous traffic statistics; they are automatically purged after thirty days and are never linked to any individual. Apart from the hosting company and our email provider, no third parties receive your data unless a court or regulator with proper authority requires us to comply with the law.

If you are in a region that grants specific data‑protection rights—such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California—you may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or object to the way we use it. Simply email privacy@zadpsolutions.com and we will respond within thirty days. Our servers are located in the United States, so by contacting us you understand that your message may cross borders; we rely on standard contractual protections and careful security practices to keep that transfer lawful and safe.

ZadP Solutions takes reasonable technical and organisational measures—most importantly always‑on HTTPS encryption and up‑to‑date software—to protect email and log data. Still, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so please bear that in mind before sharing very sensitive information. The site is not intended for children under sixteen; if you believe a child has communicated with us, let us know and we will delete the message.

If our data practices ever expand—for example, if we add a newsletter or customer portal—we will revise this notice and update the effective date. Until then, our privacy promise is deliberately simple: we collect as little as possible, use it only to reply or keep the site safe, never sell it, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Questions or concerns? Write to privacy@zadpsolutions.com and we will be happy to help.
